Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the svip15 website accessible at https://svip15.cam, including all associated sub-pages, features, tools, and services.
• "svip15", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the svip15 Platform.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a svip15 account and accepted these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by svip15 to Members, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Member's identity and age.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all svip15 operational communications.

To register and maintain an Account on svip15, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. svip15 applies a 21+ minimum age policy strictly and without exception.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of svip15 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling, whether via svip15's own self-exclusion programme or via any external responsible gaming scheme.
• You must not be located in or be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each Member may hold only one (1) Account on svip15 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and mobile telephone number. svip15 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of registration information at any time.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. svip15 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify svip15 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

KYC Verification: svip15 may require you to complete a full KYC verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued play. Documents typically requested include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, and may also include proof of address and source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension. All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the svip15 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• svip15 accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment channel and are displayed at the point of transaction on the Platform.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible, less any applicable processing fees.
• svip15 does not charge a deposit fee, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account Balance in Indonesian Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate where currency conversion applies.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Members. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending completion of identity verification.
• svip15 targets same-day withdrawal processing for verified Accounts submitting requests before 20:00 WIB. Requests received after that cut-off are processed on the next business day.
• svip15 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. During such reviews, processing times may be extended by up to 3 business days.
• Any active Bonus balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements must be cleared before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn, unless the Member elects to forfeit the Bonus entirely.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are displayed within the Member's Account dashboard.

svip15 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 20x) applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of that period.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Live casino games, togel draws, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse and Exploitation: svip15 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, coordinated group exploitation, or any other activity designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
• Promotions Calendar: svip15 runs seasonal promotions tied to major events including BRI Liga 1 fixtures, Champions League knockout rounds, the FIFA World Cup, Idul Fitri, and other significant dates in the Indonesian calendar. Promotional terms for each campaign are published in full on the Platform prior to the campaign start date.
• Right to Modify: svip15 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any bonus already actively held by a Member.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the svip15 Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by svip15 at its sole discretion. svip15 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds and Prices: Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market, as displayed on the Platform. svip15 may apply individual stake limits to specific Members at its discretion.
• Void Bets: svip15 may void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, data feed failures, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Account Balance.
• Sports Betting — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (combination accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections must win for the bet to return a profit. Standard accumulator void rules apply where one leg is cancelled.
• Live Betting: In-play odds fluctuate rapidly. svip15 cannot guarantee that live odds displayed will remain available for the duration of the bet placement process. Delay-related disputes arising from network latency on the Member's side will not be upheld.
• Casino and Live Dealer: All casino and live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical dealing mechanisms. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.
• Togel: Togel draw results are determined by the official draw mechanism and are final. Disputes regarding draw results will not be considered after the result has been published on the Platform.

svip15 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a comprehensive set of player-protection tools, and we encourage all Members to use them proactively. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion.

If you believe that gambling is negatively affecting your financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships, we urge you to take immediate action by contacting our support team or activating self-exclusion through your Account settings. You may also request a permanent account closure at any time.

The 21+ age restriction is enforced without exception — any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the svip15 Platform. Engaging in any of the items below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether using your own identity or any other identity.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting or live casino play.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing svip15 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

All content on the svip15 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of svip15 or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This license does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of svip15's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, svip15 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
• Interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or market data caused by third-party data feed providers, provided that svip15 acts promptly to correct known errors once identified.
• Any financial losses arising from your gambling activity, including losses incurred during technical malfunctions that are subsequently investigated and resolved.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting svip15 support. Upon verified closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraudulent activity is associated with the Account.

Closure by svip15: svip15 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if you are found to have breached these Terms, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or illegal activity, if you fail to complete required KYC verification, or if continued operation of your Account would expose svip15 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an Account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a Terms violation), svip15 may retain any Balance as partial compensation for damages incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by svip15's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, svip15 collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Full details of data processing activities, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise those rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles. svip15 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Members access the Platform from their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for ensuring their use is lawful under local law.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Arbitral decisions shall be final and binding on both parties.

Notwithstanding the above, svip15 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of the Platform or protect its intellectual property rights.

svip15 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on file. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you have the right to close your Account and withdraw any available Balance before the change takes effect.
